Our Experiences set sail from the exclusive Puerto Aventuras marina, nestled in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras Turistico. For those seeking to explore from Cancun, we offer select options as well. Enjoy a secure and picturesque start to your luxury sea experience.

Typically, our offerings include the crew, fuel for the local trip, ice, beverages, and snacks, all depending on the vessel's capacity. Please check the details of your chosen vessel before booking, as every vessel is different.

Due to high demand during peak seasons, it is recommended to book as soon as possible. The earlier you book, the greater variety of vessels you will find. Please check availability in the calendars and note that the earliest booking is 24 hours before the planned departure time. To cancel without losing your deposit, please provide written notice at least seven days in advance.

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe and PayPal for 50% deposit payments, as well as USDC and Apple Pay. Please note that in the case of a 50% deposit payment, the outstanding balance must be paid before departure to avoid cancellation without a refund. Cash payments and bank transfers are not accepted.

Cancellation is possible depending on the notice period given. All details are in the contract, which we suggest reading carefully to understand the general and specific service conditions.

Generally, cooking on board is not allowed. Please check the details for each vessel or contact us for more information. Additionally, we offer a 'Bring Your Own Bottle' experience where we charge a fee per person, and include mixers and ice, allowing you to bring your own bottles. We also provide a basic open bar with every vessel. Check the vessel information for more details.

The maximum number of people allowed is specified in the description of each yacht. Generally, yachts under 40 feet can accommodate 8 to 10 people, yachts between 40 and 70 feet can accommodate a maximum of 15 people, and yachts between 71 and 127 feet can vary from 20 to 30 people depending on the vessel. Some large luxury yachts only allow 12 people.
