Services are provided with the expectation that guests adhere to all safety instructions and guidelines presented by the crew and service staff.
Weather Conditions: The safety and comfort of our guests and crew are our highest priority. As such, Beyond the Experience reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any on-board service due to adverse weather conditions or predictions of such. This decision is made at the discretion of the captain and/or management.
No refunds will be issued due to alterations in the provision of services caused by bad weather; however, we will make every effort to reschedule the affected service at a later date or time.
Liability: Beyond the Experience is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged during the experience. Guests are advised to keep valuable items secure and attended to at all times.
Health and Safety: Guests participating in wine and tequila tastings must be of legal drinking age. We encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages.
Guests should inform us of any specific dietary restrictions or medical conditions that may affect their participation in any activities or services provided on board.
