• The port of departure is from Puerto Aventuras Marine, located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, Mexico.
• 30 mins from Tulum Center and 20 mins from Playa del Carmen Center.

The Experience includes a visit to the stunning Inah Reef, where you can explore vibrant marine life and enjoy snorkeling in crystal-clear waters.

Transportation to the marina is not included, but we provide an entrance QR code to Puerto Aventuras Turístico. Once you arrive, our friendly crew will guide you to the boat and provide a safety briefing before departure.

The Experience includes a professional and friendly crew, all activities (such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking), an open bar, soft drinks and fruit juices, delicious food including salami and gouda cheese baguettes, ceviche, guacamole, and use of all onboard amenities.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a swimsuit, and a towel. If you plan to snorkel, you might also want to bring an underwater camera.

We welcome guests of all ages, but for safety reasons, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Your safety is our priority. In case of bad weather, we may need to reschedule your trip. We will notify you as early as possible, and you can either choose a new date or receive a full refund.

We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we can reschedule your experience if needed.
